The study aimed to determine the effect of empowering leadership on employees' job satisfaction. To support the purpose, the literature was reviewed, and theories were established to strengthen the study's title. The study employed a descriptive and correlational research design. To gather the data, validated questionnaires were used, and descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. Weighted mean and Pearson r were used to determine the levels of different empowering leadership variables and the correlation between empowering leadership and job satisfaction. The results indicate that empowerment of heads and employees' job satisfaction are moderate rather than high, and that there is a significant correlation between empowerment and job satisfaction. Therefore, the study's hypothesis is accepted. The study recognized its limitations due to its limited population and coverage. There is a need to conduct further study involving a larger population and a broader range of contexts.
