Abstract
The study aimed to determine the effect of organizational trust on individual performance, and employee treatment on organizational trust and individual work performance. To deepen the understanding of the concepts of the study and to establish the theories, the literature was reviewed. The study used descriptive assessment and correlational research design. The population of the study was all the employees of the Divine Word College of Laoag. To gather the data, validated research questionnaires were used. The study found that there is no correlation between organizational trust and task and contextual performance but there is a correlation between organizational trust and counterproductive work behavior. It is also true with employee treatment and organizational trust. The analysis of variance suggests that there is a correlation between employee treatment and organizational trust. Lastly is between employee treatment and individual work performance. The finding indicates that there is no correlation between employee treatment and task and contextual performance, except counterproductive work behavior. The result proves that there is a correlation between employee treatment and counterproductive work behavior.
