The study aimed to investigate the influence of work ethics on work motivation and innovative work behavior. To deepen understanding of the study's theories, the literature was reviewed. The study used descriptive assessment and a correlational research design. The population consisted of the institution's employees, and research questionnaires were used to collect the data. The study found that employees' work ethics, work motivation, and innovative work behavior were high. However, in the context of an educational setting, the correlation analysis suggests that there is no correlation between work ethics and work motivation and work ethics and innovative work behavior. Therefore, the study's hypotheses are rejected. The study enriches the discussion on the role of work ethics for enhancing work motivation and innovative work behavior. The study argues that the influence of work ethics on work motivation and innovative work behavior depends on the social environment or organizational context. The study recognizes its limitations and, consequently, it is suggested that further studies on a similar topic be conducted to include a broader population and more variables.
