The study aimed to examine the association of innovative work environment, work motivation, and innovative work behavior. To deepen the study's theoretical framework, the literature was reviewed. The study applied descriptive assessment and a correlational research design. The study population comprised all employees of the Divine Word College of Laoag, a total of 180. A total enumeration sampling was used. Validated questionnaires were used to gather the data. The study found a significant correlation between an innovative work environment and innovative work behavior; therefore, the hypothesis regarding their relationship is accepted. While there was no correlation between work motivation and innovative work behavior, the hypothesis is thus rejected. The study recognized its limitations due to its limited coverage, and there is a need to conduct further studies to include more institutions.
