Abstract

The study aimed to examine the effect of ethical leadership on the organizational citizenship behaviour of the employees. To deepen the concepts of the study, the literature was reviewed. The study used the assessment and correlational research design. The population was all employees of the Divine Word College of Laoag. To gather the data, research questionnaires were used and weighted mean and Pearson r were used to analyze the data. The study found that there is a significant correlation between the ethical leadership of administrators and organizational citizenship behaviour in terms of OCBP but there is no correlation between ethical leadership and organizational citizenship behavior related to OCBO.
