Do bureaucratic and humanistic management practices influence organizational citizenship behavior?

The study aimed to examine the effect of bureaucratic and humanistic management practices on the organizational citizenship behaviour of the employees. To deepen the concept of the study, literature was reviewed. The study used descriptive assessment and correlational research design. The population of the study was all employees of the Divine Word College of Laoag. To gather the data, the validated questionnaires were used and the weighted mean and the Pearson r were used to analyse the data. The study found a weak correlation between bureaucratic and humanistic management practices and the organizational citizenship behaviour of the employees. It is recommended to expand the study to include more variables to measure organizational citizenship behaviour.
