Paper Submission

The chief editor together with the editorial boards are inviting researchers to submit their papers.   The submission is opened. All papers willl be reviewed by two experts. If the paper will be accepted or rejected, the author will be notified.   The paper can be submitted online. Just register with the journal to submit paper online
